The low temperature performance properties of our material provide cost savings to catalyst manufacturers. The company’s focus has been on developing washcoat materials that provide low light-off temperatures with substantially lower than normal precious metal loadings.
AirFlow supplies washcoat material, coated substrates (metal or ceramic), and complete catalytic converter assemblies for DOC, CDPF, and VOC applications.
AirFlow’s Low Temperature Lightoff Technology has been extensively tested for performance (low T50) and durability.
