The HFR500, CLD500 and NDIR500 ultrafast gas analysers provide measurement of Hydrocarbon, NO/NOx and CO/CO2 on millisecond timescales for engine and emissions research & development.

The CSV550 system is a unique high speed in-cylinder sampling system, which extends the capabilities of Cambustion ultrafast gas analysers to allow in cylinder measurements over a wide range of engine operating conditions/narrow crank angle window. Typical applications include measurements of in-cylinder residuals, transient EGR measurement and the development of both HCCI and GDI engines.

The Cambustion DMS500 Fast Particulate Spectrometer gives size spectrum measurement from 5 nm up to 2.5 micron with the fastest time response available, for applications such as engine calibration and Diesel Particulate Filter development.

The DMS50 Fast Particulate Spectrometer offers similar data output to the DMS500, with the added flexibility of a mobile 12V powered package. Applications are similar, with the possibility for in-vehicle studies. (Size range 5nm to 500nm)

Cambustion’s latest product, the Diesel Particulate Generator offers a solution to the increasing requirement for Diesel Particulate Filter testing. Traditional techniques rely on engine dynamometer testing, which is both expensive and time consuming. The DPG offers a standalone diesel fuelled particulate generator which controls temperature, fuel & air flows to yield repeatable particulate output. It is capable of loading DPFs while monitoring the backpressure, and if required regenerating DPFs in situ.

The DPG provides a complete Diesel fuelled solution to DPF development and quality control testing.
