HCHO compliance LEVII

Hello,

in a brochure of Delphi (http://delphi.com/pdf/emissions/Delphi- ... 1-2012.pdf) I read on page 35 that Formaldehyde compliance could be guaranteed with a "Statement of compliance". Could anybody tell me how this is possible or better, tell me the relating rule.
