On October 1, 2005 HORIBA Ltd. completed the acquisition of the Schenck Development Test Systems Group, including Interautomation Inc. The new company has been reorganized under the name HORIBA Automotive Test Systems and will have a worldwide outlook with offices and manufacturing throughout North and South America, Europe and Asia. In a dynamic testing market, we believe this makes HORIBA a stronger testing partner, with the ability to provide you with a more capable set of advanced research and development tools for engine, powertrain and vehicle-based testing.
