Job Title: Technical Services Manager
Job Description:
Supporting the sales, marketing and verification plans, and this senior position manages various product development, verification and commercial development demonstration projects. Provides project documentation and reports in support of ARB or EPA product approvals. Manages technician resources in support of these objectives and troubleshooting product application or warranty matters. Represents the company on technical service matters with distributors, key customers and local government agencies.
- Problem Solving:
Unique - interprets & analyzes factors with few procedures or precedents may make recommendations for higher approval
Examples, but not limited to:
Troubleshoots in-field product related issues, regulatory questions concerning ECS product applications, technical responses to inquiries from distributors

Requirements:
- University Degree: Mechanical Engineering
- Specialized Courses: Technical Training: Computer Software
- 5 years experience, diesel engines or equipment, engineering background, project management, distributor relations & communications, technical bulletin writing, report writing
- MS Outlook/Excel/Word/Power Point, Dataloggers, Controllers, etc.
